Summary
Lead execution and delivery of strategic credit and payments initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive measurable business impact. Partner with bank partners and cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage schedules, and ensure projects meet strategic objectives. Operate in a hybrid role based in the Seattle area and contribute to planning and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage execution schedules and delivery of credit projects to meet strategic objectives
- Collaborate with bank partners and cross-functional teams including platform, vendors, marketing, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, and product
- Define and align business, technology, risk, and operational requirements and meet key milestones
- Leverage industry insights and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization
- Identify contingency plans and mitigate risks while remediating incidents with multiple teams
- Validate and report implementations to stakeholders across bank partner and company
- Contribute operational data and learnings to project result analysis
- Participate in annual, quarterly, and monthly planning efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 6+ years of related experience in program or project management, business administration, communications, consulting, marketing, or customer experience
- Experience in project management and leading through influence in complex fast-paced environments
- Experience in credit cards and payments is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, vendors, and peers with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing demands and respond proactively to enhance customer experience
- Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization
