Job Description

Summary

As a Program Manager in Credit and Payments Marketing, you will support high-impact marketing initiatives to drive customer growth and engagement across Nordstrom's credit and payments ecosystem. You will deliver data-informed marketing strategies and partner with internal and external teams to manage program performance and support campaign optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic credit card marketing campaigns and ensure program deliverables meet objectives.
  • Develop marketing program processes with partners to drive customer growth and card engagement.
  • Identify efficiencies and develop features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet business requirements and ensure delivery of key milestones.
  • Drive marketing campaign optimizations by analyzing performance and offering recommendations.
  • Support roadmap planning and business reporting for key KPIs and campaign outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, program management, or project management, preferably in credit cards or financial services.
  • Strong offer strategy acumen with creative and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Success in influencing without authority and managing stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and ability to create structure from ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
