- Act as first-level escalation support for Control Systems Techs/Leads, providing troubleshooting support for hardware or controls software systems.
- Collaborate with various teams to support MHE systems optimization and project implementation.
- Monitor MHE metrics and partner with maintenance/operations for system performance issues.
- Mentor and train CSTs and/or CSLs, setting standard operating procedures.
- Facilitate Failure/Root Cause Analysis and implement process improvements.
- Partner with DC/FC Operations leadership and vendors to plan and coordinate new technology installations.
- Communicate technical issues and project timelines with leadership and maintenance teams.
- Provide weekly site controls reliability information to Engineering Services leadership team.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment.
- Knowledge of programming software such as RSLogix5000 studio and FT View.
- Experience with motor controls, industrial electrical systems, and SCADA systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead others in a technical role and interact with all levels of management.
