Program Manager

Summary

The Program Manager will support the launch and growth of Laureus Sport for Good Dallas by building and managing a coalition of local nonprofit partners. Reporting to the City Director, this role coordinates the Leadership Council, grantmaking processes, events, and partner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a coalition of nonprofit partners, fostering collaboration and active engagement.
• Coordinate Leadership Council meetings, communications, materials, and follow-up.
• Support grantmaking, grantee communications, activity tracking, data collection, and reporting.
• Coordinate events and convenings, including logistics and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with local and national teams and represent Laureus USA with community stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in program coordination, partnerships, or related fields.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating programs, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently while collaborating with leadership.
• Basic data tracking, reporting, or CRM experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion.
