Summary

The Project Coordinator supports planning and implementation of processes that improve operations and serve Customer Delight Center associates. This role collaborates with internal teams and vendors to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Promote efficient and cost-effective operations in Customer Delight Centers.
• Provide operational support to Customer Delight Center associates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Maintain budgets and manage invoices from multiple vendors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service field.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize objectives, and manage deadlines in a changing environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Forms or Docs; proficiency with Mac and strong Excel skills.
• Passion for improving business operations.
