Summary

The Project Cost Estimator in Store Design provides accurate cost estimates and financial overviews for building construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role analyzes historical costs, evaluates project scope, validates contractor pricing, monitors project financial performance and collaborates with design and construction stakeholders to support budget development and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a project cost database through collection and analysis of historical project costs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Engineering Finance Accounting or related field
• Proven experience in cost estimation and analysis with industry software
• Strong analytical mathematical and problem solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and cost estimation software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of project management principles
