Project Leader, Home Delivery

Summary

The Project Leader, Home Delivery will lead delivery initiatives to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality fulfillment of customer home deliveries. This fully remote role partners with operations, logistics and field teams to manage projects, drive process improvements and uphold brand service standards. The Project Leader will oversee multiple delivery projects and serve as a key liaison across cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate home delivery projects from planning through execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with logistics, operations, and field teams to develop and implement delivery processes and standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and vendor performance and resolve operational issues.
• Analyze delivery metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, project management, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel to field locations as needed.
