Summary
Lead inventory strategy, operational execution, and merchandising standards for Design Ateliers and swatches across Galleries. Partner across teams to improve inventory accuracy, visual execution, and scalable processes that support a consistent client experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution for Design Ateliers and swatch displays, ensuring assortment integrity, operational excellence, and elevated visual standards.
- Drive swatch inventory accuracy and availability across Galleries and Distribution Centers through replenishment, inventory controls, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Store Planning, Inventory Control, and Operations to optimize assortments, allocations, and inventory flow.
- Ensure swatch assortments and merchandising materials are current, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate communication and execution of swatch initiatives, assortment updates, and inventory priorities across Galleries and Distribution Centers.
- Lead Design Atelier execution for new Gallery openings, from planning and allocation through installation and inventory reconciliation.
- Use cross-functional partnership, problem-solving, and data-driven insights to improve processes and the Gallery and client experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, merchandising operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including experience using Excel to analyze large datasets and translate insights into action.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a focus on process improvement and operational execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign, Canva, inventory management platforms, or MicroStrategy is a plus.
- Ability to travel periodically and occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
