Project Leader, RH Contract

Summary

The Project Leader partners with the Sales Team to support and grow the RH Contract business. This role manages projects through the full lifecycle, building customer relationships and collaborating across teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive project plans for internal teams and clients.
• Coordinate quotes, invoices, and order fulfillment with Sales, Design, Sourcing, and Logistics.
• Build customer trust through frequent communication and strong service.
• Collaborate with Sales to support sales goals and forecasted demand and shipped sales.
• Develop partner relationships, find solutions, and ensure accurate project data and communications.

Requirements

• At least three years of project management experience in Contract (B2B) or a related industry.
• Excellent client-facing and customer service skills.
• Strong initiative, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with multiple systems and spreadsheets, including CRM/Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
