Job Description

Summary

As an Interior Design Project Manager at KREWE, you will lead the design and development of new retail spaces, ensuring alignment with the brand's distinctive aesthetic. Based in New Orleans, you will manage the entire process from design to construction, collaborating with various teams to create high-impact retail environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process for new stores, renovations, and special projects, developing layouts and custom solutions.
  • Specify materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and custom furniture to ensure alignment with KREWE’s brand identity.
  • Create and manage costing sheets, design timelines, and coordinate install plans with stakeholders.
  • Identify and procure unique furnishings, fixtures, and materials that embody KREWE’s creative vision.
  • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to ensure best pricing and quality.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and sourcing partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Art History, Furniture Design, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in store design, project management, or construction management within retail, hospitality, or luxury environments.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to mobilize teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across the country.
