Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology, retail operations, or consulting.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred.
- Understanding of project management methodologies like PMBOK and Agile.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana, and Monday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Availability to travel within the USA.
- Preferred experience with Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Certification.
