Responsibilities- Lead project management efforts for Nordstrom's Holiday catalog, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with Marketing Program Manager and Print Production on timeline planning and milestone coordination.
- Partner with Image Project Manager and Merchant Team to ensure product accuracy and alignment with project schedules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, capturing key milestones from inception to delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deadlines and scope.
- Manage all aspects of image readiness, including product verification and coordinating sell shot collection and approvals.
- Facilitate and support all catalog review processes, including Creative, Leadership, Legal, and Requestor Reviews.
- Assist Program or Senior Project Managers with campaign planning as needed.
- Maintain all project documentation, schedules, and approvals within PMO technology systems.
- Leverage reporting tools to analyze and communicate project trends, insights, and potential risks.
Requirements- 2-4 years of professional experience in project management, marketing, or catalog production.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management principles.
- Familiarity with marketing channels, including print production, digital, and creative workflows.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities.
- Proficiency using project management software solutions.
- Familiarity with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
