Summary
Support Global Openings team in executing processes and on-site tasks for Gallery openings, closings and relocations. Partner with senior and project leaders to manage operational set-up, merchandising and inventory, ensuring adherence to RH design and visual standards. Provide cross-functional support, communicate standards to gallery teams, and travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Openings team and regional curators to execute creative vision and operational tasks for new locations
- Support operational set-up, merchandising and inventory management for openings, pullbacks and closings
- Communicate design ethos and product care to gallery teams
- Train and share knowledge on floor sets quality and visual standards
- Assist with gallery maintenance recovery and cleanliness
- Execute on-site project directives and support project leaders
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and maneuvering items and working on the gallery floor
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in customer service operations merchandising delivery or retail
- 1+ years luxury retail leadership or customer-facing experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Mac Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Familiarity with Photoshop InDesign or other Adobe Creative Suite applications a plus
- Ability to multitask prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Frequent travel locally out of state or out of country and ability to perform physical demands
