Summary

Provides personalized, customer-first service on the sales floor to drive sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience. This entry-level retail role supports styling, fitting room assistance, and store operations while contributing to team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
• Assist customers in the fitting room and provide sizing guidance.
• Maintain store visual and operational standards on the sales floor and back of house.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, opening and closing duties.
• Participate in trainings on product, processes, and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer relationships.
• Able to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs and perform routine stockroom tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel.
