Pt Brand Ambassador

Summary

In-store Brand Ambassador who delivers exceptional customer service and creates welcoming experiences on the sales floor. Responsible for driving sales through product knowledge, cross-selling and upselling while ensuring accurate and efficient checkout transactions. This role may be scheduled as part-time or full-time and requires a flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product information, and engage in selling to enhance the customer experience
• Process sales transactions (cash, credit, debit, checks) and manage promotional offers and coupon redemption
• Validate and inspect returned merchandise and escalate issues to management as needed
• Execute Ship to Home orders and maintain accurate customer profiles in the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash wrap, queue line and surrounding areas
• Support visual merchandising standards and capture reticket information for tagless merchandise

Requirements

• Retail or related customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to operate a register/POS, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight travel
• Ability to multitask while maintaining customer service priority and follow company standards and training
