Part-time Client Advisor based in Tysons Galleria responsible for achieving individual and store sales targets while cultivating and maintaining a client book. The role centers on delivering high-end client service, demonstrating product expertise, and supporting store operations on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Apply product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database and expand a client book
• Follow up with clients on shipping, alterations, and other post-sale issues
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes
• Assist with store housekeeping and support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury
• Computer literate and able to learn various software packages
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Service oriented, customer focused, and tech savvy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Foreign languages a plus
