Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and curating personalized styling experiences that reflect the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, driving individual sales goals, and supporting team performance and development on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and product expertise to meet customer needs.
• Drive individual sales performance and contribute to store sales plans and KPIs.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to deliver consistent, customer-centric service.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Support store initiatives including recruiting, training, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
