Job Description

Summary

The PR Coordinator is an essential role within our Communications team, focusing on supporting PR efforts with meticulous detail, organization, and a proactive approach. This position involves ensuring brand standards are met for the distribution of jewelry, watches, and accessories, and serving as the first point of contact for editorial queries. Reporting to the PR Manager, this role is critical to the success of the team and brand visibility.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Communications team with editorial needs, including coordinating merchandise loans and liaising with editors.
  • Facilitate international photoshoots and celebrity loans, ensuring proper paperwork and security measures are in place.
  • Manage media requests, press release distribution, and cross-functional collaboration with boutique teams.
  • Oversee the PR closet, inventory management, and ensure internal documents are up-to-date.
  • Compile product lookbooks and manage vendor relationships and invoices.
  • Organize press assets, track gifting opportunities, and create PCO and Communications Reports.
  • Assist with inventory reporting and order PR materials and supplies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar corporate office position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with brand representation ability.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with willingness to work extended hours and travel if required.
