Public Relations Intern - Fall 2025

As a Public Relations Intern for Fall 2025 at Louis Vuitton in New York City, you will be an essential part of our PR team, gaining hands-on experience in sample trafficking and special projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, luxury fashion environment.

• Support the Public Relations team with sample trafficking and logistics, focusing on international shoots within the U.S.
• Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing samples, including Paris loans, using Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with messenger and courier services to ensure the timely transfer of all samples.
• Generate shipment invoices and manage daily international outbound shipments, maintaining clear communication with headquarters.
• Input new samples into the Fashion GPS database and update reference documents for the team.
• Ensure the showroom is consistently neat, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with special projects as required.

• Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience within Fashion PR, preferably luxury or agency.
• Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
