Public Relations Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive global public relations strategies aligned with the brand vision and business goals.
  
• Manage daily media relations: pitching, securing, and tracking coverage across fashion, business, lifestyle, and digital outlets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, stylists, and industry partners.
  
• Oversee seasonal press launches, events, and collaborations, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
  
• Partner with marketing, social media, and e-commerce teams to amplify campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives.
  
• Support executive visibility through interviews, speaking engagements, and industry leadership opportunities.
  
• Manage press materials: including brand narratives, press releases, media kits, and product communications.
  
• Monitor and analyze media performance, reporting results and insights to senior leadership.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  
• 5–7 years of experience in fashion or luxury brand public relations, preferably with a global or heritage label.
  
• Proven track record of securing top-tier press placements and managing major launches or events.
  
• Strong network of fashion and lifestyle media contacts.
  
• Strategic, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  
• Passion for the mission and an innate understanding of fashion culture, media trends, and storytelling.
