QC Technician

As a QC Technician at Richemont in Fort Worth, TX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our luxury watches. Reporting to the Supply and Matching QC Supervisor, you will perform quality controls on various watch models, requiring a high level of dexterity and focus.

• Conduct pressure tests on watches to ensure they meet brand specifications for pressure resistance.
• Perform esthetical and functional checks to ensure watches meet our standards, including cases, pushers, dials, hands, and crystals.
• Verify the accuracy of watch functions, including timekeeping, hand alignment, chrono-function, and wet testing.
• Ensure watches comply with brand expectations for 0-24h tests and power reserve specifications.
• Maintain tools and handle straps efficiently.

• High School Diploma or GDA required.
• Technical experience in the watch industry preferred.
• Experience with luxury brands is a plus.
• High level of dexterity and focus with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of mechanical applications is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and deliver high-quality results.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Computer skills are a plus.
