Quality Control Coordinator - 2Nd Shift

Summary

Inspect and process the final phase of repair work, ensuring products meet quality standards and documentation is accurate. Manage receiving, shipping, stock organization, and maintain clean work areas while meeting daily KPIs and collaborating with production.

Responsibilities

• Inspect repaired products to confirm work completion and quality
• Scan and enter documentation into the system for processed orders
• Manage flow of repair orders and log inspections
• Coordinate with production on repair items and fulfillment
• Maintain organized product separation and rotation
• Monitor product quality and report issues for mitigation
• Meet daily KPIs and goals set by management
• Follow good manufacturing and work safe practices

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Strong attention to detail and keen eye for quality inspection
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Bilingual English Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime and scheduled 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm shift
