Responsibilities- Perform quality inspections on inbound products and returned goods to ensure compliance with standards.
- Create and maintain quality data and inspection activity documentation.
- Report QC inspection results and KPIs to management.
- Organize and maintain a clean and efficient QC work area.
- Restock returned goods and document defective products according to procedures.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare packaging containers and ensure quality standards for outgoing orders.
- Identify products accurately by sight and barcode, and manage product locations.
- Execute fulfillment-related duties, including inventory counts and bin restocks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Follow company safety standards and assist in special projects as needed.
Requirements- Keen attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic math skills and ability to understand product specifications.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.
- Familiarity with ERP software such as NetSuite is a plus.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work extended hours during high volume periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
