Job Description

Summary

As a Quality Control and Fulfillment Associate at KREWE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and timely delivery. Based in our New Orleans headquarters, you will support product quality auditing and fulfillment execution, contributing to the brand's growth and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality inspections on inbound products and returned goods to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Create and maintain quality data and inspection activity documentation.
  • Report QC inspection results and KPIs to management.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient QC work area.
  • Restock returned goods and document defective products according to procedures.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare packaging containers and ensure quality standards for outgoing orders.
  • Identify products accurately by sight and barcode, and manage product locations.
  • Execute fulfillment-related duties, including inventory counts and bin restocks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Follow company safety standards and assist in special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic math skills and ability to understand product specifications.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP software such as NetSuite is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work extended hours during high volume periods.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
