Summary
The RFBO Inventory Analyst supports operational efficiency and inventory controls across the retail network. The role maintains accurate boutique accounts, monitors inventory transactions, and supports boutique openings, closings, and internalizations. Travel to locations in the United States and Canada may be required up to 30% of the year.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and troubleshooting to maintain accurate boutique accounts and perform controls for end-of-day procedures and monthly closings.
- Manage finance activities for boutique openings, internalizations, and closings, and support finance projects and implementation.
- Issue monthly internal control reports, follow up with boutiques, resolve transfer issues, and support physical inventories and reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory transactions, conduct boutique internal control reviews and monthly cycle counts, and provide red light reporting.
- Train retail teams and serve as a contact for boutique compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
- Knowledge of SAP and inventory processes preferred; experience with SharePoint and Teams is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the year to locations in the United States and Canada.
- Ability to design workflows, coordinate projects, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
