RS1 Store Support & Operation

Summary

Support store operations and help deliver an exemplary customer experience. The role assists with inventory, shipping and receiving, stockroom duties, cash office tasks, repairs, and administrative needs.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution, and help assess store processes for efficiency.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards, and prepare shipping, transfer, alteration, and inventory documents.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly and accurately.
• Support loss prevention, shrink reduction, and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, collaborate, and support multiple store departments.
• Strong computer skills preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
