Job Description

Summary

As a Real Estate Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of real estate transactions and projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and successful execution of real estate strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and related documents.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate real estate projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage and resolve real estate disputes and litigation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate law.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and legal principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the state bar.
