Receiver - Hospitality

As a Hospitality Receiver at RH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services by accurately receiving deliveries and maintaining the integrity of our facilities. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and other team members to provide world-class service to our guests.

• Accurately receive all deliveries and ensure proper storage of food, beverage, and non-food items.
• Communicate supply needs to the Executive Chef and assist with daily cost tracking.
• Complete monthly inventories in partnership with Chefs and identify incorrect or inferior-quality products.
• Maintain the integrity of the physical facility where food and beverages are served and stored.
• Monitor hospitality areas for cleanliness, safety, and code compliance.
• Assist with onsite and offsite events.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of RH food and beverage offerings.
• Report employee and guest accidents.

• 1+ years of related experience.
• Basic knife skills and general cooking knowledge.
• Reasonable food knowledge and product identification skills.
• Ability to read and understand order guides and invoices.
• Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Reliable, dependable, and responsible.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing and walking for extended periods.
