Receiver, Hospitality

Summary

Responsible for accurately receiving culinary deliveries and maintaining organized, code compliant storage areas to support RH Hospitality operations. The Receiver ensures product quality, inventory accuracy, and adherence to food safety standards while supporting onsite and offsite hospitality events and collaborating with culinary leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify accuracy of food beverage and non food items
• Identify and report incorrect missing or inferior quality products to leadership
• Maintain pristine code compliant culinary storage and receiving areas
• Partner with Culinary Leadership to complete monthly inventories and assist with daily cost tracking
• Communicate supply needs to support operational efficiency
• Assist with onsite and offsite hospitality events as needed
• Cultivate knowledge of culinary and beverage offerings to align service and supply

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in receiving culinary operations or related field
• Knowledge of basic food handling product identification and food safety standards
• Experience reading and understanding order guides and invoices
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
• Self starter who takes ownership and supports team success
• Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol and perform kitchen responsibilities
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
