Receiving Support Associate - Aventura

Summary

Support the store's receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations. Help ensure merchandise and customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Pick and pack merchandise for customer orders and shipments.
• Support returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.
• Use store technology and handheld equipment to perform job functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
