Summary

Supports store logistics and fulfillment operations, including merchandise receiving, order fulfillment, packing, and returns. Works collaboratively to deliver accurate and timely service while maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and locate items for customer orders.
• Pack merchandise for shipment using established procedures.
• Support returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Assist customers on the selling floor and support store events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
