Receiving Support Associate

Summary

Supports store receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations to ensure merchandise is processed and customer orders are completed according to company standards. The role also assists customers on the selling floor and contributes to store initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Search for and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Pack merchandise for shipment using established policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, salvages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during major events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and use technology.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
