Receiving Support Associate

Summary

Supports daily store logistics and fulfillment operations, including processing merchandise receipts and preparing customer orders. Delivers accurate, timely work while contributing to a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Search and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Pack customer orders using established policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort using computers, handheld equipment, and other technology.
