Summary

Supports the store's merchandise receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations. Helps ensure merchandise and customer orders are processed accurately and according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and locate items for customer fulfillment.
• Pack merchandise for shipment and complete logistical tasks, including returns, price changes, and damage processing.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor, use store technology, and support major store events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
