Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Pack customer orders and participate in returns, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during major events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability, resourcefulness, and comfort using technology.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
