Summary

Supports store logistics, merchandise receiving, and fulfillment operations. Processes new receipts and customer orders while helping maintain accurate, timely merchandise flow.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
• Pack shipments according to company policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
