Receiving Support Associate - Fashion Valley

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate supports store logistics, merchandise receiving, and customer order fulfillment. This role helps ensure merchandise is processed, packed, and shipped according to store standards.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
• Pack customer orders and participate in logistical initiatives, including returns to vendors, price changes, and processing damaged goods.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor, use store technology, and support the store during major events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use handheld equipment and computers, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
