Summary

The Receiving Support Associate is a part time in-store role responsible for handling incoming shipments and ensuring accurate inventory intake at the Glendale location. This role supports store operations by receiving, inspecting, and processing merchandise to maintain stock accuracy and floor readiness. The position requires attention to detail, physical ability to handle merchandise, and teamwork with store and stockroom staff.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments from carriers
• Inspect merchandise for accuracy and damages
• Process and label items into inventory system
• Organize and maintain stockroom and receiving area
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and transfers
• Coordinate with sales and stock teams on incoming stock
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience or comparable retail support experience
• Ability to lift and move merchandise throughout shift
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Available to work flexible part time schedule including weekends
