Receiving Support Associate - Roosevelt Field

Summary

Supports store logistics and fulfillment operations, including merchandise receiving, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation. Helps ensure merchandise and customer orders are handled accurately and according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts and pick products from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
• Pack merchandise for shipment and assist with returns, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the sales floor, use store technology, and support the store during high-volume events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
