Receiving Support Associate - Roosevelt Field

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate assists the store receiving team by processing inbound shipments, inspecting merchandise, and ensuring accurate inventory flow to the sales floor and stockroom. This part-time role supports timely unloading, sorting, and documentation of merchandise while maintaining store standards and safety. The associate works closely with backroom and stock teams to resolve discrepancies and prepare items for pricing and display.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against packing lists.
• Inspect, tag, and organize merchandise for stockroom placement and sales floor replenishment.
• Process returns, transfers, and document inventory discrepancies in the system.
• Maintain clean and organized receiving and stockroom areas and follow all safety procedures.
• Assist sales and stock teams with expedited deliveries and floor moves as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail; basic inventory or receiving experience preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including nights and weekends.
