Receiving Support Associate - Soho

Summary

Supports store logistics and fulfillment by processing merchandise receipts, fulfilling customer orders, and preparing shipments. Helps maintain efficient store operations while providing a welcoming experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Locate and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
• Pack customer orders using appropriate techniques and policies.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing priorities.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort using computers, handheld devices, and other store technology.
