Receiving Support Associate - Soho

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate is a temporary full time role based in Soho responsible for supporting inbound receiving operations at the store location. The role focuses on processing shipments, organizing stock room inventory, and assisting store teams to ensure merchandise is received accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Accept and process incoming shipments and deliveries
• Inspect merchandise for accuracy and damage
• Sort and label received items for inventory
• Unpack and stage merchandise for sales floor or stock room
• Maintain organized and safe stock room areas
• Document discrepancies and report to management
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Support store team with merchandise moves and floor replenishment

Requirements

• Prior experience in receiving, warehouse, or retail stock room preferred
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise and stand for extended periods
• Basic attention to detail and accuracy in processing shipments
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to work full time temporary schedule
• Comfort working in a fast paced retail environment
