Summary

The Receiving Support Associate supports store logistics and fulfillment, helping ensure merchandise is processed and customer orders are prepared according to company standards. This role requires attention to detail, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
• Search for and pick merchandise from the selling floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Pack merchandise for shipment using established policies and techniques.
• Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, salvage, and other logistical initiatives.
• Welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during major events.
• Use store technology and handheld equipment to perform job functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
