Summary

The Recruiter will support talent acquisition activities for the West Region based in Century City. This full time temporary role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring efforts to fill open positions across the region while partnering with hiring managers and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards networking and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage candidate communications and provide status updates
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruitment metrics
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs
• Support offer process and onboarding coordination

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
