The Regional Client Relations Manager for the Mid-Atlantic market will lead high-end strategy and client development across stores in the region, partnering with store and regional teams to drive sales targets and enhance the luxury client experience. The role focuses on building and sustaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, designing tailored action plans by store, and supporting team development and learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive high-end strategy and sales targets across product categories in partnership with regional teams
- Collaborate with store leaders and client relations teams on client retention development strategies and prospect recruitment
- Monitor business goal progress for high-end categories and define action plans with local leadership
- Develop occasions and events to engage top clients and drive sales and loyalty
- Build and sustain a personal network of high-net-worth clients for the business
- Work with retail learning and development to identify and deliver team learning opportunities
- Identify external opportunities and best practices from the luxury sector to grow the client network
- Provide recaps and follow up after market visits ensuring timely action on feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in client relations or high-end retail leadership, with a focus on driving sales targets
- Strong relationship building and communication skills with high-net-worth clients
- Ability to develop and implement tailored store-level action plans
- Experience collaborating with cross functional regional and store teams
- Track record of creating events or occasions to engage clients and drive business
