Job Description

Summary

The Regional Client Relations Manager will lead high-end strategy and client development across the Mid-Atlantic market, partnering with store and regional teams to drive sales targets and elevate the client experience. The role focuses on cultivating high-net-worth clientele, building retention and recruitment strategies, and translating regional goals into actionable plans at the store level. This position requires frequent market visits and collaboration with training and leadership teams to develop talent and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales targets across high-end product categories
  • Collaborate with store leaders and client relations teams on client retention and development strategies
  • Monitor business progress and identify action plans with RVP and store leadership
  • Create occasions and events to engage top clients and drive sales and loyalty
  • Build and maintain a sustainable personal network of high-net-worth clients
  • Strive to meet and exceed regional and store high-end targets
  • Identify development and learning opportunities and work with Retail Learning to create training
  • Research external sectors and best practices to grow the stores network of VIP clients
  • Provide recaps and follow up after market visits to ensure timely action

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or client relations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Track record of driving sales and achieving high-end targets
  • Strong communication and partnership skills with store and regional teams
  • Experience creating events and client occasions to drive engagement
  • Ability to analyze business performance and develop actionable plans
  • Capacity to travel for market visits and work on-site as required
  • Experience collaborating with learning teams to develop staff capabilities
