Job Description

Summary

The Regional Client Relations Manager for the DC Metro market will lead high-end client strategy and development across stores, partnering with store management and regional teams to drive elevated client experiences and sales. This role requires a strong communicator and relationship builder who will implement tailored, results-oriented actions to meet HE objectives and grow the region's network of high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create and deliver high-end strategies for each store and product category
  • Partner with Store Leaders and Client Relations teams on client retention and development
  • Propose and implement action plans to achieve HE sales targets
  • Maintain consistent in-store presence to prioritize product launches and initiatives
  • Organize metro kick-offs, store meetings, and high-end briefs
  • Develop and host private client services including appointment-based selling and experiences
  • Create occasions and events to bring top clients to boutiques
  • Monitor progress of business goals and provide recaps following market visits

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relations or retail leadership; managerial level expected
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Track record of delivering sales targets and developing high-net-worth client networks
  • Ability to create and execute market-specific action plans
  • Comfortable with regular in-store presence and event coordination
  • Experience with appointment-based selling and personalized client services
  • Collaborative approach working with regional, store, and learning teams
