Regional Client Relations Manager

The Regional Client Relations Manager, West Coast, will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience across multiple retail locations. As the in-store field expert, you will transform CRM insights into strategic client engagement initiatives, collaborating with store leadership to drive growth and cultivate loyalty through personalized outreach and memorable experiences.

• Lead client development strategies focusing on retention, upgrades, reactivation, and acquisition.
• Analyze CRM reports to identify high-potential clients and design targeted outreach plans.
• Establish and monitor client goals for associates, emphasizing conversion and retention.
• Educate teams on CRM data interpretation and client-focused outreach.
• Plan and execute boutique-level activations and client events.
• Track client retention rates and analyze sales data for service enhancements.
• Lead and motivate Client Relations teams, fostering a culture of exceptional service.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations management, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
• In-depth understanding of luxury client behavior and expectations.
• Experience in analyzing CRM data and crafting meaningful client experiences.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Proficient in leading training sessions and workshops.
