Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Client Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience across multiple retail locations on the West Coast. You will transform CRM insights into strategic client engagement initiatives, collaborating with store leadership to drive growth and cultivate client loyalty through personalized outreach and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client development strategies focusing on retention, upgrades, reactivation, and acquisition.
  • Analyze CRM reports to identify high-potential clients and design targeted outreach plans.
  • Establish and monitor client goals for associates, emphasizing conversion and retention.
  • Educate teams on interpreting CRM data for strategic outreach.
  • Plan and execute client events and activations based on real-time data.
  • Track and analyze client retention rates and event success to drive continuous growth.
  • Lead and motivate Client Relations teams, fostering a culture of exceptional service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations management, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Expertise in crafting meaningful client experiences and analyzing CRM data.
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in leading training sessions and workshops.
  • Alignment with Moncler's brand ethos and elevated aesthetic.
