Job Description

Summary

As a Regional Director based in Los Angeles, you will be responsible for driving market sales objectives, profitability goals, and maintaining high operational and merchandising standards across the West Coast region. You will oversee up to 8 boutiques and report to the Vice President, Retail, North America.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior management to create a vision for stores and drive a profitable business.
  • Develop market-specific business plans with Store Leaders to drive traffic and client base.
  • Manage and develop Store Management teams to deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Review store environments and business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor sales performance and motivate teams to meet sales and productivity goals.
  • Oversee staffing and recruiting in cooperation with Human Resources and Store Leaders.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources for staff development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury.
  • 3-5 years of experience with multi-store management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate sales teams.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Willingness to spend 80% of time working in and traveling to stores in the region.
