Responsibilities- Partner with senior management to create a vision for stores and drive a profitable business.
- Develop market-specific business plans with Store Leaders to drive traffic and client base.
- Manage and develop Store Management teams to deliver superior customer experiences.
- Review store environments and business indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor sales performance and motivate teams to meet sales and productivity goals.
- Oversee staffing and recruiting in cooperation with Human Resources and Store Leaders.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with Human Resources for staff development.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury.
- 3-5 years of experience with multi-store management.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate sales teams.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Willingness to spend 80% of time working in and traveling to stores in the region.
