Regional Director, Client Engagement

Summary

The Regional Director, Client Engagement will drive client growth and cultivate a relationship-driven retail culture across a designated territory. Partnering with the Regional Vice President, this role develops retail leadership and sales advisors to execute client strategy and increase repeat business, cross-shopping, and program ROI. The position requires frequent on-floor coaching and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional client experiences and top-tier client development.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adapt client strategies to grow clients across all tiers and maximize program ROI.
• Coach and develop boutique managers and sales advisors through on-floor coaching, performance expectations, and planned business processes.
• Drive client engagement activities including appointments, outreach, journey management, and utilization of client tools and communications.
• Support regional marketing, in-store activations, events, gifting strategies, and use of client communications to reactivate and upgrade clients.
• Partner with boutiques and corporate teams on top-tier client planning, nominations, and retention strategies for Ultimate/Super Elite clients.

Requirements

• Proven retail leadership with strong business acumen and regular on-floor presence (4 days per week).
• Experienced in coaching and mentoring managers and senior retail leadership to achieve clienteling and sales targets.
• Strong project management, organizational, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to self-direct, make autonomous decisions, prioritize multiple projects, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility, patience, and excellent verbal skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
